Mentor the next generation of leaders
The Immigrants in Tech mentorship program is designed to provide support and guidance to immigrants seeking careers in the tech industry. Through this program, immigrants are paired with experienced professionals who can offer advice, answer questions, and provide support as they navigate their careers.
The mentorship program is open to immigrants of all races and backgrounds and is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of each individual participant. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet regularly, either in person or virtually, to discuss career goals, challenges, and progress.
In addition to one-on-one mentorship, participants in the Immigrants in Tech mentorship program also have access to a range of career development resources, including workshops and seminars on topics such as resume building, interview skills, and networking. These resources are designed to complement the mentorship experience and provide mentees with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the tech industry.
